Formula

Rate (mL/hr) = volume (mL) ÷ time (hr)

How it is used

• Convert minutes to a fraction of an hour (30 min = 0.5 hr) or enter them in the minutes field.
• Round to the nearest whole number for pumps that do not accept decimals, and note when the bag will run out.
